Weight Loss Personal Training in Colorado Springs
Private, in-home coaching to help you lose weight, build strength, and develop habits you can maintain. I bring the plan and the equipment.
Weight loss with a plan you can follow
If you want to lose weight but keep falling out of a routine, having a clear plan and someone there to guide you can help. I provide private, one-on-one personal training in Colorado Springs, with sessions built around your starting point, goals, and schedule.
You do not need a home gym. I travel to you and bring the equipment for your workout. We can use a suitable space in your home, garage, or backyard, and include equipment you already own when it makes sense.
Strength training with steady progression
Your sessions center on structured strength training. We practice movements such as squats, hinges, presses, and rows, choosing variations that suit your experience and ability. Strength training helps preserve muscle as you lose weight and builds strength for everyday life.
Your workouts are part of a progressive program. I track your training and adjust the resistance, repetitions, or exercise difficulty as you become ready. You have a reason for what you are doing and a next step beyond today's workout.
Nutrition guidance and accountability
Exercise is one part of sustainable weight loss. We also work on practical nutrition habits, such as regular meals, enough protein, portions, and food choices that fit your routine. The focus is on changes you can repeat, without restrictive meal plans or cutting out whole food groups.
Scheduled sessions give your week structure. We review what is working, talk through obstacles, and make adjustments when life gets in the way. Progress can include better consistency, more strength, changes in measurements, and how you feel, alongside trends in body weight. The pace of weight loss varies from person to person.
What to expect from your sessions
Sessions are around 60 minutes, depending on the day's plan. We start with a brief check-in and a warm-up, then move into coached strength work. Mobility, balance, core training, or conditioning may be included where they support your needs. I guide your technique, manage the workout, and adapt exercises as needed.
You do not have to get fit before starting. We begin at a level you can manage and build from there.
